Grand's place was fine. Not great, not poor...just fine. If you are looking for a place, with no frills, this place is good. It is pet friendly, but we spent the first week in a yard full of weeds taller than one of our pups and pulling small burrs out of their hair. We asked for the lawn to be mowed and 7-days later this finally happened and then not again for the remaining 2 weeks of our stay. If you are staying for work, just beware the internet is S....L....O....W....and often drops off completely. The water is very soft...slimy almost. Not nice to shower in and washing dishes, nothing ever feels clean. Purchased bottled water the entire time which is fine, but was happy to take a great shower at our next stay that didnly leave me feeling slimed. The hosts live in the main hoouse and were nice, but use a company to host which was very slow to respond to questions or concerns when we first arrived. Again, if you just need a place, it is a fine, no frills place to sleep.

Grand's place was like a slice of the country in an urban area. The guest house is beautiful and the the surroundings are picturesque.

We were staying here while we were waiting on new house to close. He had to get a few things to item do you feel more at home. We got new sheets because the ones that they had attracted everything from the floor. We also did laundry a couple times including their sheets just because they kept getting dirty over and over. so we got some tide pods. They gave us just one pack of this powdered stuff that looks like it came from the dollar store that did not get it cleaned after the first time. Our hairdryer that they left for us, caught on fire. (but they said they were willing to get us a new one.) The place is very quaint and nice. They just really need to cut their grass specially if you’re bringing animals because our dogs just did not want to go to the bathroom. And we had to keep giving the dogs a bath because it kept bringing stuff in on them .  if you don’t have animals or kids, I think this would be the perfect place to relax and get away from all noise.

The location was beautiful! The inside however had several things that weren’t working and alittle older. Old cabinets and window in bathroom. There was also a lot of dog hair around the place. Overall it was quiet and peaceful and a nice place to get away.

Grant's place was exactly as listed, clean spacious and pet friendly can you ask for anything more?! All amenities listed were available. Grant was a helpful and attentive host. Will look forward to coming back here when we're back in Florida. Grant really knows how to extend their hospitality! 10/10 would recommend!
