We rented to celebrate a belated family Christmas. This location was as close as we could get to being "in the middle" for all families and it had enough bedrooms for each couple to have their own room which was great. I will say that the basement bedroom/bathroom was absolutely freezing. We had the heat set on 74 on the main level and it never got above 61 in the bedroom downstairs (according to our baby monitor). We actually had our toddler sleep with us vs in their travel bed because it was so cold (even after stealing extra blankets from bedrooms upstairs). It might be wonderful in the summer, but it was not great this spring weekend with lows in the 30s and highs in the 50s.

We had a great family reunion at Katies place- everything was so thoughtfully placed and we enjoyed watching the river with our coffees in the mornings. Katie was extremely responsive and graciously even arranged for us to have a late checkout so we could enjoy each other a little longer. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home, pictures don’t do it justice. Fun local bar/restaurants. Home was clean and inviting. Would have liked to have had one more tv…maybe in the lower level. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Katie's place. The house was spacious and we all had room to spread out. The extra toys and games were a hit with the little ones and the kitchen cabinets and drawers were well marked. Thank you for thinking of everything! We are already talking about coming back!
