Great location near Freret street, super clean, large backyard--which is fully fenced. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sized and comfy. Quin is super communicative, easy check in, flexible check out, and helped fix an internet problem. As others mentioned a bit sparsely furnished in the common areas, including few dishes and pots.

We had a very nice stay at the house. Location was perfect for visiting our daughter at Tulane. The beds were very comfortable. We would stay again and Quin was very responsive.

We had a great stay at Quin's place. We loved the area! Quiet neighborhood. Peaceful and walkable. Convenient to Tulane and Audubon Park. Easy 15 min walk to Freret St for food and drinks, and 20 min walk to the St. Charles Streetcar. Kitchen basics were available for the times we wanted to cook something easy--pot, pan, knife, cutting board, and wooden cooking utensils. Note that this is the lower floor unit of a duplex, so a shared backyard and driveway. We had no issues or inconveniences, and there is street parking available. We'd definitely stay again.

My team and I enjoyed our stay. This home accommodated us last minute and I appreciate it. The home was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay when visiting Tulane! The house was really nice and the area felt safe.
