I want to be 100% fair on this review, so first and foremost, any negatives I provide are my fault as I didn’t read the house rules until after booking. I’m new to Air bnb and learned a lesson, again my fault. The house: perfect location, amazing patio, overall very nice home. It’s a 10 second walk to the beach, views are great. It’s situated perfectly on the peninsula and minutes from the “big store”. If you want to be close to the beach and enjoy large patios, this one if for you. If you enjoy even a little privacy while outdoors, I highly recommend booking something else. The home has motion activated cameras facing every door and pretty much every spot you’ll want to sit on the patio, whether it’s upstairs or downstairs. The cameras capture BOTH audio and visual, in my opinion, this crosses the line and made our stay far less enjoyable. We have nothing to hide but it felt rather intrusive. If you don’t value privacy, it’s a great. I would not stay here due to lack of privacy.

Sunny beaches was a great place - well stocked with everything you need although bring spices if you plan to cook - great location - love the flame less candles ! Communication with our host was great- quickly responded to any concerns we had !

Enjoyed my stay. All was great and WILL revisit. I would encourage this into for any large family gatherings. I was truly impressed with the home and beach front location.
