This place was exactly as described. The living area was spacious, kitchen was well stocked and everything very clean. Clinton called me to check we were doing okay which gave me the chance to ask those little questions that feel too silly to message about. We had a very comfortable stay in a great location, would highly recommend.

Great location, bus stop to the centre just outside the door, plenty of places to eat in or for takeaway. The accommodation was very spacious, well-equipped and super clean. Also great quick communication with the host. Me and my family really enjoyed the stay. Thank you

Ideal location for "students " reliving their youth of the `80s. Easy access to the accomodation . Generally clean and prepared . Could do with some better curtains in the front rooms as room lit up as the sun rose. For a pad to crash at the end of the evening it was perfect.

amazing placement we always want book it whenever we going to Liverpool as we did stay there last year as well... all great perfect condition plus yourself in double room by 4 rooms amazing the price is brilliant!!

Really great location, student area however relatively quiet. Great bars & lots if charity shops.
