非常完美的一次体验！公寓非常好，景色也超棒！周边生活便利，如果愿意可以步行至海港渡口，轮渡去很多景点！

Als Gastgeber war er super. Negativea; -sehr altes und heruntergekommenes Wohnhaus -Wohnung sehr staubig und nicht sauber, meine Kinder hatten alle einen hautausschlag danach. -Nicht empfehlenswert mit kinderwagen, (treppen runter, kleiner Lift rauf etc.) Positives: -sehr gute Lage -grosse Wohnung -guter Gastgeber, alles sehr gut erkl. Ich für meinen Teil, würde diese Wohnung bedingt weiterempfehlen. Für das nächste Mal kommt diese Wohnung für mich nicht mehr in Frage.

Let's be honest. The host Seckin himself and his group were helpful and supportive beyond the imagination with a very high level of understanding. We had a very pleasant stay over there due to their support. Location is top if you into lively style of life and want to be among local people moving around. But if you seek piece and quiet I would say it doesn't correspond your wishes due to the never-ending traffic. Since it is at a very main street you could not expect silence. It is more noticeable when you open the windows or through the night. The facilities included were really satisfying. Location, and the hospitality I would say were the hits for this location. And of course for the price it is worth it much much more

We had an amazing stay at the apartment, perfectly accommodating our group of 9. It was tidy, located in a lively, secure area surrounded by diverse dining options, and convenient for buses, boats, and taxis. The heating kept us comfortable in March, and the automated check-in process via a locker was exceptionally convenient, allowing us multiple, hassle-free accesses. Our host was so flexible and helpful, with good English, ensuring all our needs were met effortlessly. This apartment is highly recommended for anyone looking for spacious, clean, and well-situated accommodation. The combination of a great location, ease of access, and superb host makes this place a top choice for a memorable stay. We’re grateful for the wonderful memories and the comfort we experienced during our time here.

(+): - Close to restaurants, transport - bus & ferry nearby; not too touristic and busy - A large apartment elevator, only a few steps of stairs, not much uphill walking - suitable for kids, strollers, elderly - 3 bedrooms out of 4 are super quiet, and another one is still reasonable - The host was very helpful, one day I sent a message at 2am hoping it will be read in the morning, yet I got helpful advice within 20 minutes (-): - The place was rather dirty - there was a thick layer of dust underneath every bed. One bedroom had a plastic doll leg under a bed - All pans had anti-stick coating badly scratched and overall old - Some towels (not all) had bleach spots and all looked like used for years - Most pillows felt cheap and losing their shape, might be rather old too - One day, a curtain fell on one of our kids, together with a plank, attached improperly (some screws had cardboard holding them instead of plastic fixtures) - this was simply dangerous
