Nice and quiet, great for a get away when you just need a place to stay. Comfortable bed, clean and peaceful.

Fernando's place was ok for what I was in town for, I went to target, Walmart, and downtown Dallas, all within 20min drive. Fernando was very friendly which outweighs the cons. it is an apartment in his backyard, which is fine I would worry about maybe an elderly couple with the steps and the drop down waking into the apartment, there is a sign that says watch your step but it was above my head, I didn't see it til later. I wish there was a tiny bit more amenities like a pizza cutter, or can opener. I'm sure if I asked I could of used his own but I didn't need it that bad. The water can get scolding hot so be careful. my biggest con would be the dogs next door they bark at you continuously walking in/out. I also thing the neighbors yard doesn't give fernando's place a good look but I know he can't help that. over rall I felt it was not horrible since we were not there most of the day, but at the end of the day it was a place to sleep and the ac/bed were comfortable.
