A group of 7 adults + 1 dogs stayed here for a cozy winter weekend and it was very roomy. Having two living room areas was really convenient and the house has a very fun mid-century modern vibe. The only downside was that the house didn't seem to be thoroughly cleaned between our group and the previous guests, but that is an easy fix.

The house is absolutely cozy and beautiful in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood, and Naomi was incredibly kind and helpful and we are very grateful with her for all her help on the days previous to the arrival !!

Tons of space. Lots of beds to sleep lots of people. Very pet friendly with fenced in back yard.

The house is decorated in a 70s style which is super fun! While the house is old it doesn’t need to be that run down and dirty. We found moldy food in between couch cushions. Hair balls on the bathroom floor. Cat hair everywhere. The cabinets in the kitchen were super dirty. The cabinets in the bathrooms were gross. We didn’t even want to unpack our belongings. The pots and pans are extremely scratched up and definitely need to be replaced. When we first got there, there was laundry in the washer and we had no toilet paper or trash bags. Naomi did respond super quick but only brought us 5 trash bags and 5 dishwasher tabs (we were a party of 7 and stayed a week). The sponge to wash the dishes with was disgusting. Really cute house but very dirty. Bummer

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very stocked for a long stay with utensils and cook ware. If we had any problems, Naomi was quick to fix it. Her handyman was very kind and helped us out a lot during our stay with any small need. Overall great experience.
