Another wonderful stay! Matthew and his wife Julia made me feel welcome and safe in their home. Everything was as described but better. They were always willing to help if I needed anything. On the day of my departure, Julia allowed me to stay an extra hour to finish my packing and helped me carry some packages to my car. They are just great human beings.

I stayed 4 weeks here for a hospital rotation, and overall the stay provided everything I needed. I had a clean room and bathroom, with access to adequate kitchen/pantry space for a rotating student. The location was in a peaceful neighborhood and I felt safe at all times. The host was gracious enough to help me one time when I had a flat tire around 8pm 10+ minutes away from the location. There was a binder with recommendations, of which were worthwhile choices since the host is a native of the area.

Absolutely loved my stay at Matt and Julia's Airbnb! The house has so much more than the pictures show. To begin with, the generosity and warmth of the hosts made me feel right at home – they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Matt and Julia are incredibly kind and patient people, who helped me a lot during my stay. Their house is the most modern and tech-equipped place I’ve ever stayed at. I felt incredibly secure with the state-of-the-art features, and the quiet neighborhood added to the peaceful ambiance. The location of the house was a mere 10-minute drive from downtown. The design and the facilities of the house truly wowed me. Everything at the house is made for great convenience of the guests. The bedroom had an awesome bed with comfy orthopedic mattress, comfy desk and walk-in closet. Totally enjoyed my stay. Thank you!!! Highly recommend Matt and Julia’s airbnb!

Matthew's and Julia's place was clean and in a peaceful area. They were very responsive and proactive in communication. Our main recommendation would be for a simpler/clearer check-in process. You have to download an app to access the premises, and there are different keypad instructions based on if you are arriving, if you are leaving and there is someone else at home, and if you are leaving and there is no one else at home.
