This place is a dream! Outstanding services from the host. Allowed me to check in early and her response time was immediate. The place was very clean and pleasant. Would definitely be booking again!

Beautiful unit and surroundings. We had an amazing vacation. This could easily be a 5 star stay if the unit was maintained properly. However, it is a poorly maintained unit. Our vacation was continuously interrupted by maintenance issues 6/7 days. -A/C broken -Shower had no hot water or pressure -Dishwasher is not anchored and tipped over creating a safety issue. - Cool soaking tub leaking/broken- refilled daily by staff with cold hose water. The host was in good communication however the damage was done to our stay. The owner took little responsibility for the issues aside from saying “thats just the way it is in the Dominican Republic or the Condos” (for everything except the AC) until the maintenance team stated these issues were not normal. Unfortunately we had to get AirBNB customer support involved, after making several attempts to work with the host/owner. Lastly the host asked me not to leave a review which I thought was odd and dishonest.

Our stay was great the place is clean and beautiful with very nice views Tatiana and Lisbeth was very nice with us They was in touch all the time for anything we need The place is close to the airport and groceries I definitely recommend We love to come back soon Thanks Lizbeth and Tatiana

the apartment is very beautiful exactly as seen in the photo. The cleanliness is fine and the view is wonderful. The design and structure of the villa and the condominium are very beautiful. super quiet to enjoy the sea breeze is excellent. It is a place within Cap Cana that has incredible security. It is truly the perfect place to relax without worries. Tatiana's attention is excellent. She is concerned and aware that you feel comfortable during your stay. Out of many vacation homes that I have visited, it is the first time that I feel in full communication and, above all, so well attended. I give you an excellent service. Thanks, I hope to come back soon. I love the apartment and Tatiana's attention.
