Or, hit the slopes or the town in no time from this well-located home, whatever experience you are after is just a quick drive away. After a day of fun, return to the home, where you can enjoy the impressive lake views from all around while you relax with your group in one of the 2 living rooms or decks. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Tahoe home has everything you need to enjoy a trip to North Lake Tahoe with friends and family! Located just across the street from the lake, you will find a short trail that leads down to a small rocky beach where you can relax and enjoy the water. The home’s incredible location places you near it all with a large network of trails nearby, Tahoe City and Kings Beach are a few minutes drive away, and a 25-minute drive or less from three of the area's best ski resorts. Relax and unwind after a full day of exploring back at the home where you will be impressed with the gorgeous lake views and the spacious layout great for group trips! When you enter the home, you will come to the lower level, which boasts an open-concept living room and kitchen. This space is filled with a warm mountain cabin ambiance that will instantly make you feel at home. The living room features a plush L-shaped sofa perfect for curling up on while you warm up by the fire and enjoy a movie. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay. Grab a quick snack at the kitchen island where you will find bar stools, or gather with your group at the dining table while you enjoy the impressive lake views. Step out onto the deck of the shared living space, where you'll find a beautiful setting for outdoor entertainment. Whether it's a morning coffee with sunrise views or evening gatherings under the stars, this deck is a dreamy spot to enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Completing the lower level are three inviting bedrooms, one of which boasts an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. A second full bathroom on this level is conveniently located for shared use for the other two bedrooms. Head upstairs where another living space greets you with unbeatable views over the lake! Just off the living room, a kitchenette makes it easy to prepare some snacks or happy hour while relaxing in this part of the home. The home’s additional two bedrooms are found upstairs, with views over the surrounding trees and lake. Home was well stocked with everything you would need…plenty of space, comfortable furniture and gorgeous views!! The road is a little noisy, but totally worth the location. Close enough to town, yet far enough to feel secluded!!
Being my parents' first visit, we wanted a house with a nice view and this home really delivered. The home itself was really well furnished with high quality furniture, interior and fixtures. Nothing felt out of place or over done. If you are sensitive to traffic noise then there could be a slight disturbance but we didn't think too much of it. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating to all my questions. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would def be happy to come here again.
The place is great with good view of lake and mountains. Couple of minor things to note - you can hear cars on the road from master bedroom. Spotted couple of spiders in a sofa.
Unfortunately the blinds in both living spaces were in bad shape and either didn’t open and some that didnt close. The frame on downstairs slider was pulled away from the right side of the glass door and allowed a cold breeze at all times. The middle sliding door needs new rollers so doesnt slide open or closed without strong muscle. When we arrived we had trouble getting inside because we were given the wrong code# for the garage door, that was inconvenient because it took quite a bit to get a response with the correct code. The refrigerator smelled very powerfully of fish :( A high chair was promised in the amenities but we never could find one. All in All we had a wonderful time together as a family, and we r grateful for the space. Just thot we should let u know of these few items.

Situated just steps away from the sandy shores of Lake Tahoe, you can’t beat the location of this home for summer fun. Just across the street from the home you will find a short trail that will take you down to the lake where you can enjoy a small rocky beach. Or make the quick 3-minute drive to Waterman’s Landing, which is a pet-friendly beach great for swimming and where you can rent every type of watercraft imaginable. Nearby Patton Beach you will find more entertainment and dining options such as the famous Garwoods Bar and Grill, a wonderful lakefront dining experience, CB’s Bistro and Pizza for family dinners, Magic Carpet Mini Golf and Arcade for the little ones, and a 7-11 for all of your late-night needs. The beautiful Carnelian West Beach provides another excellent swimming spot just a 3-minute drive from the home.
For a different type of outdoor adventure, you can be out on the hiking trails in 5 minutes with the Tahoe Vista Regional Park nearby. Here you will find a large network of year-round trails that are great for hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and Cross-Country skiing in the wintertime. In the winter months, you are only 12 minutes from Northstar, less than 30 minutes from Palisades Tahoe, and 10 minutes from the Tahoe City Nordic Center where you will find a vast network of trails for XC Skiing or snowshoeing.
If a little less physical activity is what you are looking for, you are just a 13-minute drive west to Tahoe City and 3 minutes east from Kings Beach. In both places, you will find sandy beaches, farmers markets and major grocery stores, golf courses, small boutique shopping, waterfront parks, golf courses, weekly concerts in the summer, and a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Looking for a little more nightlife? Just on the other side of Kings Beach, you will find the Nevada state line, which has a few smaller casinos and concert venues. Check out the Crystal Bay Club for who is playing during your visit! This comfortable home will not disappoint no matter what travel experience you are looking for!
Centrally located off HWY 28 the home is steps away from a public transportation stop, so you can comfortably get by without having a vehicle if needed. A quick two-minute walk will take you to the public transportation TART stop at Hwy 28 at Stag Dr. From here you are just a 20-minute bus ride to Tahoe City where you can easily connect to other locations at the Tahoe City Transit Center to locations such as Northstar California Resort. Those with a vehicle enjoy being close to HWY 28 and the quick access it provides to the beautiful surrounding areas, with less than a 15-minute drive to Tahoe City and a 10-minute drive to the Nevada state line. Just a 3-minute drive will take you to Patton Beach, and in the opposite direction, the popular Kings Beach is only a 4-minute drive away. In the wintertime, you are centrally located for skiing all of the best resorts with a 25-minute drive or less from three of the area's best ski resorts, Northstar, Squaw Valley ski resort, and Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center. Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.
