Our private villa is located in a gated community between Sarjapur and hosur. You will be renting the entire villa with exclusive use of the private pool. The house has fields on two sides.The pool is 18 feet*6feet. Kitchen is well equipped, we don't provide food, but plenty options to cook,dine out or order in. voltage fluctuations are now dealt with by the ups and newly installed solar panels. pets welcome,pay pet fee, pool not for pets. extra guests above 2 is chargeable per guest. With high 12 feet ceilings to welcome you indoors ,you will never feel crammed for space. The villa is spread over two floors of 2400 sq feet with two posh baths, one with a bathtub ( to fit two people) and both with geysers for hot water. The villa has its own private outdoor pool ,cordoned off by 10 feet high walls. So no prying neighbours or disturbance. Both the bed rooms are super spacious with luxury beds and mattresses . Kitchen is fully equipped and so are all living spaces. The house decor is tastefully done with brass, bronze, porcelain,wood from all over the world. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave,induction stove, RO water purifier and basics- salt ,sugar. You will however need to buy your own food or ingredients . Most guests carry their own ready to eat food that can be heated or cooked, or dine out at restaurants in bagalur - RRR, mayura bakery; hosur or sarjapur. A massuer on call can be also be arranged for an extra premium after check in/ booking . The villa offers a perfect get away from the mundane life of urban cities like Bangalore and Hosur. Its location is in AVS Jasmine valley, bagalur, next to Vijay vidhyashram, between Sarjapur and Hosur. Approach is toll free from Sarjapur and with a toll from hosur road. A drive from madivala flyover to the villa is approximately one hour, depending on traffic. We have a no smoking policy indoors. We welcome you to make it your second home. Our local care taker Mr Reddy will facilitate check in and check out. He will hand over the keys to you ,show you around and leave. We have outdoor cctv cameras to keep you safe and secure for your entire duration of stay. Internet indoors keeps you connected to the world. mobile network coverage is reasonable indoors. There is No television at home. The holiday villa was built with an intention of finding peace and connecting with oneself or family, friends and peers. You can enjoy breezy cool nights dipping in the pool. No pool timings, unlike other gated communities. The high floor to ceiling height is architecturally designed to keep the villa cool without the need for Air-conditioning. All rooms have fans and lights. The windows are tall, wide with sliding doors and mosquito nets. The entire villa is surround by 10-12 feet tall walls, keeping the entire space private and secluded. The villa does face voltage fluctuations and if you experience it during your stay , switch on the ups by asking our caretaker .
