Villa Magnolia was a beautiful relaxing place. We enjoyed our stay and had a lovely time. Patricia was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. The house was clean and close to city centre.

My husband and two teen daughters had a fabulous stay at Patricia’s place. Everything looked perfect and was extremely easy on arrival. Patricia responded so quickly to any questions about the area and the house and view are absolutely magical. I was so sad to leave!

Patricia is amazing, so helpful and so responsive, we always felt she was there for any help we needed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others. House feels new and everything is very clean. The layout is convenient with the bedrooms and living area and pool all in separate areas. The WiFi worked great, the shower water pressure was excellent, the pool and views are very peaceful. I especially loved how the living room connected to a deck as I get sunburn easily I could sit inside with the sliding doors open and my friends just outside in the sun deck and we all felt together as we relaxed and read and drank wine. Includes great amenities! The coffee machine and separate milk froth is great. It also came in very handy to have a washing machine! Location is perfect, we were very centrally located and it was easy to get all around, including Funchal and we didn’t have to deal with the busy streets to get in and out. Highly recommend this listing to all!!
