The host was so friendly and nice and even let my parents choose the room they wanted. They were very flexible too. Lots of rooms as well. Great for a big group as well as small.

Ce n'était pas le logement booké mais la chambre où j'étais était très bien. Calme Et tranquille. Susan était au petits soins pour m'aider à me déplacer Et organiser des activités. Très bon séjour je reviendrais avec plaisir

I was visiting and old friend in lanchang and found this place. Its a great place to rest with wonderful facilities. The room is clean and tidy. Futhermore, the host is kind and friendly. Nearest Shopping mall is just 2 minutes walking distance. Plenty restaurant nearby. 24hour convenient shop (7e) is just around the corner. Pleasant stay. Its an all rounder. Thumbs up.

I've been staying for two nites in Mayton Residence.. the place were very clean and neat as in the picture. Shopping mall is just walking distance. Ms Gan is very helpful even though she's pregnant and will deliver the baby on my checkin date.. she still communicate with me.. thank you very much Ms Gan.. Ms Joyee and ana also very nice and helpful.. Ms Joyee guide me to go the house and show how to use the access card. Overall me and my family is very satisfied with this place and very recommended !

Big thank you to the owner (I believe Gan's mother) who was kind enough to drive us to a fantastic local restaurant and even guide us through the menu. Gan provided clear and friendly communications and was very helpful. The room was exactly as described and was clean and had good air conditioning. The room was part of a converted house with multiple rooms. We had the place to ourselves which made it nice and quiet. We had the room furthest away from the road. Overall highly recommended and a great stay for the price. Would visit again!
