The apartment is located on the first and second floor of a beaver stone house and has its own entrance, garage and garden. A cozy kitchen with real wooden furniture invites you to cook and stay together. The apartment has a large living room with TV, two spacious bedrooms, all with mountain views, and a stylish bathroom with large shower and bathtub. The highlight is a private garden on the east of the house (in the summer months with access to a garden home), where you can barbecue and end the days. The car is safely parked in its own garage. The apartment has central heating; in addition, a wood stove provides coziness.

Casa stupenda e in ottima posizione, collegata facilmente all'autostrada e con ottimi supermercati ,fornai, macellerie e spacci di contadini nelle vicinanze . Ordine e pulizia impeccabile. Cucina attrezzatissime e con tutto l'occorrente per soggiorni brevi e lunghi . La pace e la tranquillità della zona e i suoi bellissimi paesaggi ti farebbero desiderare di vivere qui . Ottima posizione per visitare Innsbruck, Salisburgo, Monaco e il Chiemsee. grazie di tutto
We really enjoyed staying here. A very homely and cosy feel if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. Kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Very spacious for four people. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from all windows. Just wow! Floorboards were a little creaky - but adds to the charm of the place. We did have an issue with the water pipes, but Beath was quick to look into it and helped us work through it. Also good restaurant within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world.
