Thank you Ryan, My family had a great time, we visit Michigan often and hopefully will get the opportunity to stay here again. Beautiful neighborhood and my family felt safe. Plenty of things to do and places to eat.

A good place and location. Everything was per the advertisement. Ryan was there to greet us on time. Birmingham city centre is exactly a 15 minute walk away. A good Cafe is at the end of the street. Coffee good, pastries very expensive. Walk across the road to Whole Foods for as good pastries at half the price. Despite the 'no pets' policy the house had a fair amount of pet hair on the ground floor and our grandson found one dog pooh with his foot on the back lawn. We found the 2nd pooh before anyone else had their feet dirtied. The home owners should consider a proper shower recess in the upstairs bathroom. Having to shower in a small claw foot bath with 360deg plastic shower screen is tantamount to washing in a plastic bag...a very small space. Also consider providing a vacuum or at least an indoor broom to tidy up each day. However, apart from the limitations of the main bathroom, unwanted dog hair and droppings and lack of cleaning implements, overall, it was a positive stay.
