한달정도 머물렀다. 호스트가 연락이 잘 되고, 중간중간 안부문자도 왔다. 숙소에 대해 말해보자면, 콘센트가 굉장히 많고 넓다. 침대도 매우 커서 혼자살기에 굉장히 호화스러웠다. 화장실도 사진 그대로이고 모든것이 완벽했다. 6층에 있는 수영장은 작았지만, 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어있다. 드라이기와 선풍기를 대여했다. 공과금은 적당히 나왔다. 약 8만원 (에어컨을 많이 틀지않음) 다만 살짝 아쉬운점은 위치. 어디든 택시타고다녔다. 마야몰과 님만은 걸을 수 있을 정도이지만 저녁엔 어두운 골목들이 있어서 추천하진않는다.(혼자라면) 호스트도 집도 모두 만족

ha sido una estancia excelente, me he sentido como en casa. Pin es fantástico y amable. superó mís expectativas. es un barrio local y tranquilo. todo el equipo de ban Jed es muy profesional. volveré seguro!!!

This was a fantastic stay for my girlfriend and I. Even though it was a little far from the square, in exchange it is a lot more peaceful and relaxing. Has conveniences all around as well. Definitely recommend!

Is Jed Yod the best neighborhood to live anywhere in the world? Because we think so!!! Absolutely love the studio and the neighborhood. This was our second time at Pin’s place and we stayed for two months. We stayed a month during our first visit, which makes it 3 months!!! We finally met Pin this time, and she was so friendly! She even left us banana snacks her mum makes with a note (super sweet!!!). We met her dad a couple of times and he was always chatty and talked to us about local restaurants. Thanks to Pin we even came across a Southern Thai restaurant in the neighborhood which we absolutely loved. We particularly love this neighborhood than anywhere else in CNX because of the local colour it has. So many great affordable places to eat and you are only a 15 min walk from Nimman if you want fancy fine dining or super good Japanese. All in all, loved everything and will be back!

One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Chiang Mai. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very well furnished for short and long term stays. The host and everyone working at the apartment complex were very friendly. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of good food and coffee options nearby. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Definitely recommend this place, I will stay here again when I come to CNX!
