Our stay was wonderful. We were welcomed with chocolate and wine. The location is perfect. We were able to walk to everything in town. The home was inviting and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Most importantly everything was very clean. I’m usually wiping things down with disinfectant at most rentals but did not feel the need to here. Tracy was readily available if needed but everything was very well organized and set-up so we were not in need of anything. If you like to golf, there are many great courses in the area and nearby. If you like to eat, there’s many good restaurants. Our favorite restaurant “Ladybird” was steps from the rental with great breakfast and dinner. Get the smash burger! Bowdie’s Chophouse was equally fabulous as was Clearbrook and Pennyroyal. Uncommon Coffee shop in town has great drinks and atmosphere. Get a fresh made cookie from the Butler Pantry. Yum! Many great and unique shops in town. Overall, the stay was top notch. We want to visit again soon!

Tracy is so kind and helpful! The home is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were a group of 4 celebrating my finances 30th birthday in Saugatuck. Tracy provided local recommendations, a welcome gift, and great communication! She let us borrow beach chairs, blankets, & games which was so nice for a beach day. The home is walking distance to all that we needed - and more!

My friends and I stayed at Tracy's place for a three-night girls weekend in May of 2024. There were four of us (all adult women) and the king size beds were perfectly cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed having two bathrooms. The living space was great for catching up while enjoying coffee/tea. We enjoyed the many amenities and lovely fresh decor. I'm a harsh judge of showers and happy to report that the shower had lots of hot water and pressure. The shower stall as well as the whole apartment was very clean. Tracy was very communicative and helpful. The location can't be beat. It is a short walk from the great restaurants and shopping in Saugatuck. Highly recommend this Airbnb location! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks, Tracy!

I cannot say enough good things about Tracy and her place. Tracy was so kind and very communicative. Her place was beautiful and it had everything you could ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come back to Saugatuck, we would definitely stay here again!

Tracy’s Sunset Oasis was the most amazing stay I’ve ever had through Airbnb. Her home was modern and chic, and so cozy! The views from the hillside and the proximity to the main town of Saugatuck was so convenient. Completely walkable that I can’t even imagine how amazing it would be to stay here during the summer, when the weather is even more hospitable to active walkers. She surprised me and my family with complimentary tea and local coffee, as well as a bottle of champagne and chocolates! It was such a lovely welcome to such a beautiful home! What I loved the most was the overall style of the home and how cozy she made it! The textures and colors of all the linens and pillows and throws was such a nice touch, it was way better than any hotel I’ve stayed at! Her kindness and active communication is so rare! Her recommendations for food and drinks even better! If you are coming to Saugatuck, you have to stay in Tracy’s home! You won’t regret it! Her home is the best!
