I had lost my flight from Vitoria to São Paulo and had to find a last minute place to stay. After just a quick browsing I’ve found Alessandro’s lovely place ocean views with a balcony steps from the beach and as I’d contacted him I’ve got an immediate response. My check in was smooth and easy. Apartment was spotlessly clean & well stocked even had Beach chairs and an Umbrella 🏖️ I have to say i was very happy to stay for couple more days🏖️🌞🥰 Thank you Alessandro for making the last days of may vacation so worthy🙏 Marcos Braga Canadá

Localização excelente e Limpeza impecável. Apartamento exatamente como nas fotos, limpo, moderno e aconchegante. excelente para estadias curtas e mais longas. Alem disso, uma boa garagem.

The apartment looked good and it was very clean. The location and the 24h reception were very nice, but the 2 "hidden gems" were the rooftop pool with a gorgeous view, and the small self-service snack store at the reception. For some reason I was under the impression that the bedroom and the living area were separated. They were not. The apartment is pretty much a hotel room, all in one space. This was not an issue for me, but I can see that I can be an issue to other people.
