Location great. Getting to key lock box very difficult, behind scaffolding, ladder and bush (Stephan had warned me , but it was very difficult) Bathroom, no ventilation and a definite damp smell throughout the flat. Flat good size, but needs updating. Kitchen very cramped. There was not enough room to stand in front of oven to open door you had to stand to the side. Linen and towels need replacing. Overall location excellent, Stephan was a good communicator but the flat needs an overhaul

Our family of four stayed at Stephen's place for three weeks this summer. The AirBnb is cozy and perfectly located for exploring Hamstead and surrounding areas, as well as for quick access to central London. Stephan was a very responsive and accomodating host - setting up a travel cot and highchair for our youngest. We enjoyed our stay!

Stephan’s place is in a perfect location. I would not hesitate to stay again. You are extremely close to the tube and bus, the local leisure Center and gyms. There are multiple supermarkets and food outlets on your doorstep. The host communication was excellent and checkin /checkout was easy. This is the perfect place to stay in central london whilst having ample space and a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat with our toddler. The kitchen was very well equipped and all the shops you need are a few minutes away on the main road. We particularly enjoyed the easy walk to Primrose Hill with a magnificent view over London. Quick and easy tube ride to the West End. Highly recommended.
