We were passing through Luzern and stayed for one night with my husband, baby and dog. The place was nice and clean. Maybe not the most beautiful we've been to, but fine, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and everyone we met during dog walks was super friendly. There's free parking included, which is definitely a plus! Communication with Sebastian worked well and he helped us with another parking spot when the one assigned to us was already taken.

Not the unit in the photo. Not even the BUILDING in the photos. A shabby flat with one less room in a shabby building across from the one in the pics. Glass front door. Shower cubicle crammed into the hallway. We booked and paid for #1, got given #2, despite having totally different descriptions in the app.

Great place and location, the instructions on the lock box could have been clearer as that took us ten minutes to get into, apart from that all went well. Very friendly host
