Nuovo appartamento, arredato, tutti i servizi principali nelle immediate vicinanze (parrucchiera, farmacia, lavanderie automatiche, supermarket, ecc..), a 5 minuti a piedi, dal centro. A 5 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia di Torre Grande, con lungomare per passeggiate serali, mercatini, bar, ristoranti e discoteca. In breve tempo si possono raggiungere le bellissime spiagge di Is Aruttas, (spiaggia di quarzo), Maimoni e Mari Ermi, acque limpidissime e con doccia all'aperto. L'appartamento è composto da un ampio soggiorno - cucina, una spaziosa camera matrimoniale, oppure con letti separati, a richiesta, una cameretta a due letti, un ampio bagno. Le camere da letto sono dotate di postazione per pc con scrittoio. Sono presenti un balcone davanti all'ingresso, dove poter stazionare per un aperitivo o anche consumare i pasti e un balcone con uscita dal bagno e dalla camera da letto, dotato di una comoda bucataia. L'appartamento è ubicato in una palazzina di nuova costruzione, a cui si accede tramite cancello automatico condominiale con un comodo parcheggio gratuito dedicato. L'appartamento, al secondo piano, è servito da un ampio 'ascensore e non sono presenti gradini e dislivelli sia all'ingresso e in tutto l'appartamento. All'interno sono installate, in tutte le aperture esterne, avvolgibili con comando elettrico e zanzariere apribili a scorrimento.

I really wanted to love this place. I think maybe a language barrier caused a bit of miscommunication.... not a big deal, as she was very fast to respond. The bed was not comfortable although everything in the unit is extremely clean and new! Not a quiet location. For someone who sleeps soundly, this will not be an issue. The gentleman who let me in was very friendly. Initially I thought I would not be arriving until later after supper, but when I found I was closer than I thought, I was told i could not check in before 8:30pm as this was what I stated earlier. same upon checkout, I had to hand the keys over at previously agreed upon checkout time. if this had a self checking or somewhere to drop the keys, it would be a huge plus!! again, very clean, and safe with off street parking. The private parking is fantastic, it is great for a single to a family of 4.
Wir sind nett empfangen worden. Uns hat es in Clarettas Wohnung sehr gut gefallen: die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es gibt ein großzügiges und hübsch gefliestes Bad, die Balkone sind in überdacht, was bei Regen nützlich ist. Der eigene Parkplatz ist Gold wert in diesem Stadtteil.
Claretta antwortet sofort auf Nachrichten, frägt von sich aus nach, ob Sie noch helfen kann und ist offen für Wünsche. Sie hat mir wertvolle Tipps gegeben und war flexibel. Das Apartment ist großzügig und hat elektrische Jalousien.

Signora e fratello estremamente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa...appartamento centrale di nuova costruzione e pulitissimo...utilissimo l'ascensore e soprattutto il parcheggio interno accessibile con telecomando,sara' il mio posto fisso quando andro' ad Oristano. Da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.
