Nice place in convenient location but parking was a challenge and street noise significant. Bathroom was in odd location and house was very cold so may be a consideration for older guests. Key pad on entry had changed and struggled for about an hour in the rain, need to ensure instructions are updated.

Nice houses, central location, easy walk to town. House was as advertised. Linen & towels were very clean. Kitchen & sitting room comfortable and cozy. House was well equipped. Only one bathroom on bottom floor.

Lovely stay at Hazel's place in Cardiff. Everything we needed and more.

Hazel and the team were communicative from the start. The flat itself has a very spacious living area and open plan kitchen with sizeable bedrooms. The bedroom with 2 beds is very simple but does the job. Bathroom is downstairs is the only thing to note. Location is walkable to city centre, and also a 5ish minute Uber. TV has all main apps available and kitchen fully equipped. Overall, a great say.

The flat largely met our expectations. The key lockpad did not work on arrival, however a quick call to Wayne enabled us to source an alternative key to gain entry. The flat was clean and today although there was a slightly unpleasant smell to the main living areas and stairwell. Toilet seat requires attention. Overall expensive for what we received but host was responsive.
