I recently had the pleasure of staying at Denise's annex. I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. First of all, their hospitality truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. They were incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond to any inquiries, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. The annex has exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the standout features was the cleanliness of the space. Furthermore, the annex was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities one could need. From well-stocked kitchen essentials to utility, and even Scrabble board game -my daughter loves- every detail was carefully considered to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. It was evident that the hosts had put a lot of thought into creating a space that not only met but exceeded the needs of their guests. The ambiance of the annex was charming and inviting, creating a cozy retreat that felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend it.

Denise was such a helpful host and always very responsive to any questions. My colleague was staying so we had a few queries that were answered promptly and with flexibility. We have already booked this property again for next week!

Nice place in my home town just around the corner from my old junior school. Very quiet and convenient: 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, a couple minutes further to Upminster Bridge tube station and maybe 10 minutes to Upminster main line. The annex has everything you'd need for a solo traveler or couple. I didn't bump into Denise but, I had a nice chat with Simon on my last evening. Super nice guy!
