If you want to share your outdoor space with Agutis, frogs, colibris and always dreamt of having a sloth as a neighbour, this is the place for you! We loved to listen to the sounds of wildlife after dark and enjoyed the very tasteful ambiente of the Casa. Damián is a very friendly and thoughtful host and helped us with all questions we had.

Das Häuschen war ein Traum mitten in der Natur. Es war sehr privat und trotzdem war man sofort am Meer, in Restaurants oder im Jaguar Rescue Center, gleich nebenan. Man merkte, dass viel Herzblut in dieser von Damiàn selbst gebauten, speziellen Unterkunft steckt. Weiter gab es so viele Tiere zu entdecken: Die Brüllaffen machten einen Umzug durch unseren Garten und zwei Faultiere waren mehrmals in nächster Nähe. Auch Agotis und Hühner waren immer wieder zu Besuch. Damiàn war sehr nett, verständnisvoll, hilfsbereit und bemüht, unsere Privatsphäre zu wahren. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Amazing stay! Walking distance to great beach, a quick bike or drive for other options. Loved everything about this area (first time visiting). We loved waking up to the sound of macaws and howler monkeys - like other in past reviews we had a sloth friend in the tree above the casita 🦥😃. So many close restaurants and a quick drive to Puerto Viejo if looking for a night out. Highly recommended!

Great stay! Beautiful place, inside and out. The host was very friendly and available for any need. The location was perfect! Only a three minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
