This panoramic sea view studio apartment is overlooking the Harbor and Medieval Castle of Paphos. It is located in the heart of tourist and historical area of Kato Paphos, a minute walk to the beach, promenade, bars, restaurants etc. The studio apartment is compact (21 sqm), with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, balcony, A/C, free WIFI and smart TV. A full English breakfast is included at our Harbour restaurant located just around the corner starting from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Our studio offers twin beds or one king size bed and can accommodate up to 2 adults (PLEASE SPECIFY THE BED SET UP UPON RESERVATION). The location of the studio is very convenient, where you can find in short distance such attractions as : - Archeological Site of Nea Paphos, Roman mosaics 270 m. - Paphos Castle 500 m. - Municipal Baths Beach 450 m. - Agia Solomoni Catacomb 600 m. - Roman Odeon 600 m. - Tombs of the Kings 2km. For shopping and services: - Kings Avenue Mall of Paphos 1 km. - Pharmacy 400 m. - Large Supermarket 150 m. - Bus station 150 m. - Public carpark 100 m. - Taxi rank 100 m.

Great apartment with wonderful views. Very convenient location near a large variety of restaurants and cafes. Also very close to the harbour and bus station and yet mainly quiet and peaceful. Really enjoyed our stay here on our first visit to Paphos and travelled to different parts of the island. Would definitely consider returning.

We loved the view and the location of this small apartment. It was so nice waking up each morning to the beautiful ocean views. The bed was king sized with soft sheets and was really comfortable. The washer and drying rack was much appreciated. We were so close to many good restaurant and the archeological park. It is a very small space but we found it to work fine for our needs.

There is big public parking located just across the street from the apartment, which is free of charge. Also there is bus station nearby the property, and the shuttle bus (611) that comes from the main bus station (Tombs of the Kings) that stops right by the apartment.
