The Coach House is a bright, spacious & stylish country cottage which until 2022 housed my horses & my parents horse drawn carriages. This cottage comes fully equipped, a real home from home. With high pitched ceiling throughout the property including the original timber beams (exposed in the living area) gives it that spacious feeling whilst remaining cosy. You’ll find laminate flooring throughout the living areas & ensuite bathrooms & luxury fitted carpets in the two bedrooms. A selection of board games/jigsaws & books are also available. All electricity, linen & towels are included in the rent. Household products such as washing up liquid, bin liners, soaps and surface wipes are provided. A welcome pack will be present on your arrival. Keys can be found in a key-safe at the property. This is a ‘no smoking property’. The kitchen offers a full size hob and oven, integral microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich toaster, Fridge, Freezer, breakfast bar with stools. A top loading washing machine is also available. Moving into the dining area you’ll find a dining table & 4 chairs plus a high chair if required. Onto the super comfy L-shaped sofa w/c LG Smart TV + Neflix. French Doors lead onto a gravel patio area & lawn c/w with outdoor seating. Free Wifi is available & the password will be provided along with the key safe code on your confirmation email. The master bedroom c/w stunning ensuite shower room boasts a Kingsize bed, bedside tables & lamps, a Wardrobe & 2 chests of drawers plus LG Smart TV + Netflix. The second bedroom c/w beautiful ensuite offers bunk beds, a double on the bottom & a single top deck bed. Both blinds windows fitted with blackout blinds. A travel cot is available on request. We offer free uncover parking for up to two vehicles also secure storage or bicycles & motorbikes on request. The cottage is situated in the district of Hambleton, just a stones throw from the Howardian Hill, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty & not too far from the Yorkshire Dales & North York Moors National Park (Heart Beat country) & The East Coast including the picturesque fishing villages of Robin Hood’s Bay, and Staithes, and the fascinating old port of Whitby.
