The location was perfect; we really enjoyed being able to walk right down to the boat dock. The A-1 slot right on the end was easy to get the boat in and out of; however we really needed to tie it down tight and efficiently, as it was the closest slot to the "no-wake/wake" buoys. Seemed like people were either comin in hot FROM a day on the lake or they were excited to get out TO the lake. Both scenerios resulted in boaters not observing the "no wake" instructions. The home was immaculate and professionally and tastefully decorated. We really appreciated the number of full baths and all of the amenities in the kitchen. My kids loved the hotel style waffle maker along with the batter mix that was left by another guest. The hot tub was clean and warm. Lastly, Elaine was easy to reach and communciated promptly.

Elaine’s place was just BEAUTIFUL w amazing sunset views of the lake! Overall I give her place 10/10! Very clean and had everything we needed! Loved the kitchen and service for 12! Hot tub was great and having a boat slip was super nice bc we rented a pontoon for 2 days! The only minor things I would advise guests is when arriving….be sure it is before dark. The road to the house is winding and city folk like us will need some extra time! Lol. Also, come prepared with things to do if it rains. We played board games, watched Netflix, made meals, baked etc….and brought a few other kids games you can play inside. We would definitely visit Elaine’s place again! Great family vacation home for a large group! 😊

Best AirBNB I have stayed in Lafollete so far. Our family usually comes to LaFollette in the winter and we were very pleased with this stay. The home has an amazing scenery, very peaceful, and extremely clean. It was very spacious. The host were very easy to contact and helpful. Easy access to the lake. This is a five star AirBNB.
