Experience Villa Melitta in San Vigilio di Marebbe, a pearl nestled in the Dolomites. Located within the Plan de Corones/Kronplatz tourist area, this captivating town is surrounded by the enchanting Fanes-Senes-Braies Natural Park. Revel in the awe-inspiring beauty of the majestic Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in summer as well as in winter. Enjoy Ladin hospitality, food, and traditions and immerse yourself in an ideal environment for a nature-centric, relaxing holiday. We await you! Our cosy PARES apartment is 50 m² and consists of: - a bedroom with one double bed, - a spacious living room with sofa bed for two people and fully-equipped kitchenette, - a bathroom, - a balcony with great views. Price includes: - one free parking space beside the house or in our parking garage, 450m from the house; additional parking space 10 Euros per day, depending on availability, - weekly change of bed linen and towels, - use of the relaxation area and sauna, included a sauna-kit, consisting of bathrobe, towel and slippers, - use of the bike and ski-room with heated lockers, - heating, - final cleaning, - Holidaypass, for the free use of public transportation. Not included in the price: - local tax of 3.20 Euros per day for guests over 14 (subject to change), - pets, 15 Euros per day, maximum one pet.

Cozy and warm apartment right in the middle of San Vigilio, 5 minutes walk to the cable car. Despite central location, it's very quiet and peaceful. Sauna area was amazing. Ski lockers were very useful and modern. View from the bedroom window towards mountains is literally breathtaking! Would definitely reserve it again.
Wir haben in jeder Hinsicht wunderbare Tage in St Vigil verbracht: die Wohnung ist süß, der Balkon wunderbar und die Lage der Wohnung hervorragend. Der Shuttle Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre ab und bringt einen (mit Gästekarte umsonst) an die schönsten Ausgangsorte für Wanderungen jeglichen Anspruchs. Michael und Martina haben wir persönlich nicht kennengelernt, die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Alles in allem äußerst zu empfehlen- und zwar in jeder Hinsicht!!!!!

Fantastic spot!! We absolutely loved living here in June. The nights are cool and days are mild. The mattress is perfectly firm and we slept like rocks. The hiking just nearby is incredible (especially Fanes) and the town is super cute, charming, and very safe. The kitchen is well stocked. We felt immediately at home in such a healthy environment and nice wooden apartment. The internet was fast and consistent - no issues working remotely on zoom meetings, etc. Lots of tradition in the area.
