The stay was great but the problem was at the gate. After the host added my spouse and I at the gate the following day I accidentally left the gate pass and it was a big deal to get in they showed me on the system where I was not listed to get in. My spouse left the premises and he couldn’t get in. He literally had to call the security company. After contacting the host they told me he was listed. You’ll need to fix the listing/ communication at gate because it’s affecting your business.

Great home that was a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. Loved the hot shower options, couldn’t light the stove but we ate out everyday, & the rooms are huge and comfy. The hosts were very proactive and detailed in their messages, thank you so much!
