We had a lovely stay at Mayra's casita! We wanted to explore the county a bit after a month in Mazatlán and the pueblo of Abuya y Ceuta Segunda was perfect. There were ladies around the corner taking tortillas by hand over a comal and leña - good cheese from the local tienda, and lovely sunsets. We visited a nearby beach and nearby towns such as the charming Quelite. Best of all was the opportunity to get to know and enjoy some food with the caretakers Lupita, Alma, and Gregorio. We used the outdoor parilla to fry up some local fish that we bought from the dude on his motorcycle who passes by every day. For us it was both an adventure and a lovely time spent with open and friendly people in a tranquil pueblo! We will be back! Thanks!

Mayra’s place was nice and has everything me and my family needed. We enjoyed our little getaway and also had some local food which was so delicious!
