I will start with the pros... Great location. Minutes from the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the space fit the four of us well. Cons: The room was not ready until 1.5 hours past check in time. Floors in common area were still dirty even after housekeeping came. The room smelled of smoke, but we solved this by lighting a scented candle and spraying the room. The back door was broken (it would be hard to close if we opened it), so it was not easy to enjoy patio. Cindi told me the previous guest broke it and couldn’t get someone to fix it in time for us which is understandable. The downstairs bathtub drain lever was broken and you had to hold down the lever the whole time to drain your water in the shower. Not convenient at all. I told Cindi this and she wasn’t very helpful. The WiFi password Cindi gave us did not work even after several tries on multiple devices. All in all, though this is a great location, I wouldn’t stay here again unless these issues were fixed.

Washer and dryer is very small. Hard to wash multiple clothing. Other than that our stay was amazing

Cindi was an excellent host. She was very responsive to all messages. The place was great. Just across the street from the beach... a short 2 minute or so walk. House was comfortably decorated. I felt like I was staying in someone’s home instead of a vacation rental. Very happy with stay and will stay again!
