Die Kommunikation mit Linda war stets sehr einfach und immer nett und freundlich. Die Unterkunft an sich ist innen schön und auch modern eingerichtet. Das Haus an sich ist alt und recht hellhörig, die Eingangstür knallt gerne und leicht zu. Leider ist die Matratze im Bett in einem katastrophalen Zustand! Überall Flecken und schwarze Krümel die nicht identifizierbar waren um was es sich hier genau handelt. Ebenso ist die Decke fleckig, bei Ankunft auch das Laken. Hier sollte schnellstens alles entsorgt und ersetzt werden. Im Bad sollte auch etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet werden, die Dusche sah nicht frisch geputzt aus, wir haben Haare auf dem Teppich gefunden. In der Küche haben wir einen Topf gefunden, der voller Flecken und mit Nudelresten war. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt direkt storniert, da dies Zustände sind, die mit einem kleinen Kind nicht tragbar sind. Wenn alle Mängel behoben sind, kann man dort bestimmt eine schöne Zeit haben aber so hatten wir diese leider nicht.

The apartment is nice inside - well renovated, the couch is very comfortable. It would be perfect, except for some issues. The building itself is not pleasant. The entry and stairs inside are scary. The door to the outside is just a wooden plank of wood on a spring, that slams constantly with children running in and out all day. It is extremely loud (like make you jump if you don't expect it loud) and makes it impossible to relax. The neighbors are interesting - we were told we could park anywhere and there is no assigned spots, but somehow we chose a spot that was one of the residents' favorite, and the host sent a message saying that the person "won't be too happy if another car is there for 9 days" and we were told to move. So we did, for fear of irritating the local royalty. If it wasn't for the incredible amount of noise from the constant gunshot-loud level door slamming, scary neighbors and building, it would be a good stay as the apartment itself is very nice.
