The neighborhood is a quiet, water loving corner with campground feel to it..our boat launch is private for association only and clearly marked~ "Edgewater assoc." Parking for trailers is across the street and marked as well. We are limited to 2 vehicles with parking permit per household. Our neighbors are fantastic and we aim to keep it that way! Please respect their property and drive respectfully as there are kids, dogs, golfcarts throughout the subdivision. This is a get-away from hustle & bustle.. guaranteed to relax ~~ enjoy nature and the mighty Tennessee river ~have a star-filled evening with a fire and smores while you listen to the sounds of nature that surround you..and theres nothing as beautiful as a cup of coffee in a rocking chair as the sun rises over the water. A scenic 30 minute ride to the picturesque and quaint town of Savannah, you will find an abundance of restaurants & stores , in addition to plenty of marinas within minutes of the house to rent a pontoon boat and spend a lazy day on the river and swim at the many sandbars. Fishing, naps, reading, recharge yourself, this is the place to do just that! We do not however encourage/tolerate loud, all night partys..this is not a spring-break atmosphere. Come to the River house to recharge your soul..

there is a gravel road that leads to Clearwater circle..please park in front of house or marked area in front of propane tank..no parking on street..
