Owner communicated well prior to check-in, and shortly after check in to make sure we didn't need anything and we're settled in okay. The house is clean, beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the typical complaint of AirBNB and cleaning fees which take it from being a good deal to slightly expensive.

Nate is very responsive and allowed us to check in much earlier than we thought we were going to! Clean place and nice neighbors.

This home is a work in progress but it had everything we needed and the hosts kindly accommodated a last minute booking. I would recommend bringing drinking water. it's potable but had a bit more local flavor than I like. The grocery store is in walking distance, and so is a beautiful park with a pool for children. however dogs are not allowed in the park. Something to be aware of if you bring your dog, many folks in the neighborhood let their dogs run loose, and the yard is not fenced.
