Probably the most well-equipped Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The little extra touches like sunscreen and insect repellant, medicines/band-aids, board games and books for if it’s raining, beach towels etc make for a place that has everything you need for a great island holiday. Wifi and Netflix was working fine. The vibe and decor was really tasteful and overall a really nice place to stay that I’d definitely stay in again.

We had a wonderful stay at Courtney's place. She and her partner were lovely hosts and very accommodating. The house was great and well equiped as we cooked and relaxed at the house most of our holiday. It's right on the beach which was a quiet part of the lagoon and we felt as if the beach was ours with many enjoyable days and nights spent there watching the gorgeous sunsets. As mentioned there is no A/C but with the windows open and the fans, it was fine. Courtney was quick on responses. She was super helpful with allowing us to stay an extra night due to flight issues. Thanks again for an amazing stay!!!

Incredibly well located, private studio right by one of the best beaches to swim on Rarotonga. Where else can you walk from your beach cottage to the airport in only 5 minutes? Also, restaurants and groceries are in walking distance. Great directions on how to get there and about the stay. Appreciated the free Wifi, as it’s a rarity in the Cook Islands in this accommodation price range. However, since there is no aircon nor flyscreens (which is well mentioned in the description) you’ll have to keep windows and doors open most of the time and have no protection from animals and insects entering the cottage. I had a great time and would definitely stay again for the amazing location.
