Sir Richard’s place was great and he was very accommodating. He’s a really great host — very responsive and really helpful with directions when we were asking. The place is nearby the beach as well. Literally walking distance only. He also has a guidebook/magazine he personalized with a list of places to visit near the unit. The unit itself is clean and very modern. There’s also wifi especially for those who work remotely, and a parking space for anyone who has a car. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place.

Richard, is a kind and very nice host, warmly welcomed us despite our late booking. The accommodations went smooth, with a clean room and an informative magazine about Taal. There’s also a Hot & Cold Water dispenser, which we really appreciate. However, there are areas that could be enhanced, such as improving water pressure on the second floor, adding a TV for guest entertainment, and installing a water heater, which is essential for some guests. Overall, Richard place is a savior for our late booking. Thank you for having us as your guest!

The host is very accommodating and responsive with my queries. I really appreciate the host's guidebook. The recommended places and restaurants were very helpful if you don't have enough time to prepare your itinerary.
