Terrific place, terrific host, terrific stay. Hildur was an excellent host. I had no trouble communicating with her, she responded quickly and was very friendly. She gave me personal recommendations for food and cocktails. Check in was easy. I've stayed in the Vesturbær neighborhood of Reykjavík many times, and this is my new favorite place to stay — it's super close to the pool, cafe, bakery and grocery store, and it has great off-street parking if you have a rental car, and a short walk to the bus stop that can get you anywhere else in Rvík. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with nice views of the peninsula and bay, has a nice balcony and lots of natural light. Everything was clean and modern, and in great working order. Thanks Hildur for a lovely stay!

Hildur was the perfect host. Everything was super uncomplicated with her. The communication was very fast (often within 5 minutes after I wrote a message), the description of the apartment was super accurate and all tips of her were very helpful. The check in and out were flexible and everything was just fine. The apartment itself was very nice, very comfortable and large for the cost. It was worth every cent. The view out of the apartment was also very good as you could see the ocean. The city center is located only 20 minutes by foot and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were also a bakery and a supermarket within a 3 minute walk. My girlfriend and I were super happy staying there and can recommend everything of the apartment, especially because of Hildur as super friendly host. If we come to Reykjavik again we would really love to stay at the apartment again.

We had a great stay at Hildur's place! The apartment was cozy and clean. It was an easy walk to town and had a couple of good food options right next door. Communication with Hildur was great too! She was super responsive and gave awesome recommendations for local places to check out. We would definitely stay here again!

The flat was great, very clean and a really good location. 10- 15 mins walk and you are in the centre with lots of bars & restaurants to choose from. There is also some local shops, take away food and a fabulous bakery just a couple of mins walk away. It was a great base for us to visit the islands great attractions.
