When I stay at an Air bnb the most important thing to me is always cleanliness. Kevin's place exceeded expectations in that department. The place was spotless! Everything was as good as it seems online, actually better, it seemed like there have been a few upgrades. Kevin provided us with all the information we needed for check in and made the process easy and convenient. He also included a list of fun and delicious places to check out in Morgantown. The kitchen is spacious and contains everything one needs. The beds are comfortable- I slept better than I do at my own house! The bathroom was clean and included a fancy and bright vanity mirror. The location is incredible- close to everything, right in the heart of Morgantown. Kevin is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our Christmas and New Year comfortable and memorable. Thanks Kevin for a wonderful week, we will be back!

We booked kevin's unit, when we got there he put us in a different unit. he said this was was more updated, but he never let us know ahead of time. The main door in the kitchen to outside would not lock. the dead bolt was not lined up correctly. when i called kevin he denied that is was not working correctly. My wife felt very unsafe, we ended up putting kitchen chairs in front of the door to try and block it incase someone tried to get in. the rest of the place was fine.
