I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb property. The host Dawit (Dave) was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The property itself was beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers, a welcome basket of treats, and a detailed guidebook with recommendations for things to do in the area. Dawit (the host) was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Addis Ababa. Thank you to the host for making my trip so memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

I truly appreciate Dawit attentiveness throughout my stay. He communicated with me daily to ensure everything was going well and was always available to address any questions or concerns I had, even late at night. This made my stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

We are a fam. of 5, and stayed here for 3wks. Dawit was professional, consistent, and responsible. He was prompt and very responsive to our requests, and is fluent in both English and Amharic. No matter where you stay in Ethiopia, a person like that is paramount, it is THE difference maker. Construction is par for the course in the city, and this building is no exception, but generally we only heard it during Biz hours. There were a couple of days that we could not use the elevator, but Dawit was very responsive. Location of this unit is prime! Centrally located in the city, and walking distance and/or short drive to many attractions ; unit is bright and airy with great view of the city and great sunset out the balconies. Well equipped with modern equipment and very clean and really comfortable overall.
