The cabin is located at 500 meters from Villa Cerro Castillo, at the foot of the National Park and steps from the trekking path to the Lagoon, Rio Ibañez, climbing routes, bicycle paths and horseback riding. 1 Suite + 2 rooms with 1 bathroom. Large living room, integrated kitchen. 6 paxs (max 8) with breakfast included (self-service). 121m2 built. Impressive views of Cerro Castillo with the shore of Arroyo del Bosque. Ideal for families or groups, just 50 minutes from Balmaceda airport The house is located on a 5,000m2 lot on the banks of Arroyo el Bosque and near the ascent to Laguna de Castillo. It consists of a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, 1 master bedroom en suite + 1 bedroom on the ground floor and another on the upper floor that share a hallway bathroom. On the same lot, in a secluded corner, there is a cabin for 2 people that is also for rent.

La casa en sí es bonita, el interior acogedor y bien decorado. Carolina, la anfitriona es atenta y amable. La cocina está bien equipada. La vista es muy buena hacia Cerro Castillo. Está cercano a Villa Cerro Castillo y al acceso a el trekking a la laguna. El entorno inmediato no es tan bonito, pero no afecta la experiencia. Para mejorar: el patio delantero necesita mayor cuidado. Recomendable.

Lugar hermoso con estupenda vista. Casa muy cómoda, acogedora con excelentes camas y muy buen desayuno. Buena atención y Carolina muy amable. Definitivamente volvería.

Lovely house with thoughtful touches everywhere. Amazing view of Cerro Castillo and the valley with and the sound of the river below. Carolina and Mariana were fantastic hosts and arranged an asado de cordero for us one evening - unforgettable. We will be back!!

Carolina, Mariana and Felipe were extremely responsive and accommodating with the checkin time (we were delayed by some issues we had on the road). They also provided great local tips. The items for breakfast they provide were delicious and the house was just perfect! The view is magnificent, and the house was clean and fully equipped for preparing a new year's eve supper. It is conveniently close to the Park's entrance.

On the shores of the Estero del Bosque, with incredible views and just steps from Cerro Castillo National Park, is our house, in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature and unbeatable views.
Villa Cerro Castillo is only 500 meters away, where you can stock up on everything you need for your stay such as mini-markets, restaurants, cafes and bars, where you can socialize.
If you want outdoor activities, you have different trekking routes within the National Park. In turn, outside the park there are various places for fishing in lakes and rivers, rock climbing, horseback riding, mountain bike routes and kayak excursions, as well as other .
Balmaceda airport is only 73kms away (approx 1 hr) by paved road and the city of Coihayque is 97kms away.
Further south, just 2 hours away, you have the Marble Chapels. Another attraction is the Salto del Rio Ibañez, distant 43 km from our place and only 7 km from there you can visit the city of Puerto Ingeniero Ibañez, on the shores of Lake General Carrera.

You can moved by vehicle, bicycle or simply walking in the neighbourhood since everything mentioned is within walking distance from the house.
From Coihayque there are public buses every day to Villa Cerro Castillo and from Balmaceda airport only transfers.
