You’ll be comfortable staying in this quiet single room. There is tea and coffee making and hanging space in the room You can dry your boots in the utility room if you're a walker Not 1 mile from the coast path easily accessible from the Riverside walk "The Byes." There is one well-behaved dog Tess living here as well. A light breakfast of croissants toast jam and cereal as well as fruit and yoghurt tea coffee and juice will be laid out for you in the kitchen. This is a generous room including tea and coffee with a comfortable single bed. Also a wardrobe and drawer space, the shared bathroom is across the landing.. its a relatively quiet room on the back of the house.

Lovely stay, very easy to walk into Sidmouth town centre. An amazing host and made me feel at home. Very peaceful area and lots of great walks around the area. 🙂

Very clean and tidy accommodation, quiet bedroom at the back of the house, good breakfast. Rebecca was very friendly, as was Tess.

I stayed at Rebecca's Airbnb for one night while walking a section of the Coast Path. It had everything I needed for a stop over in Sidmouth, and Rebecca and her housemate were both very friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed meeting them and also Tess the dog!

Had such a delightful stayover on the SWCP! Shared dinner and tales with Rebecca and her housemate Vicky and it was like staying with friends- natural, relaxed, inspiring and heartwarming. The room has all you need too and I enjoyed the continental breakfast. Be sure to take the lovely road along the river from Seaton to her house!
