I had a great stay! If needed there is the possibility to be picked up from the airport. Also delicious to eat at the restaurant next to the accommodation.

booking at baanpoon apartment aesthetically looks nice, service staff try to be accomodating as much as possible however multiple things that stand out from my booking and 6 day stay 1) as reported - the initial room photo advertised is not that same as what you booked, had to be forced to pay additional for the actual room advertised on the spot. so guests please beware. you can get a better accomodation as 30% less elsewhere. 2) their TV doesnt work, Wifi signal is weak had to rely on 4g most of the time 3) the staff are primarily kitchen/restaurant staff being asked to also double work for hotel receptionists and attendants, they are courteous and accomodating but are obviously overworked 4) cleaning had to be requested and is not a daily routine. buy your own water for the subsequent days 5) the room (5532) smells like sewage without ventilation, the smell comes from the shower drain giving off sewage scent book at your own risk.
