Great host, great location! Ocean view is wonderful, parking is nice. Apartment has everything you need. Apartment and building are older and a bit run down, but the owner keeps it up well considering the the age and condition of the larger structure.

We were so impressed with this apartment. It is so close to everything, La Serena, the beach, shops. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was amazing and allowed us to be flexible. Thank you so much, we will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend to others.

L'appartement à une très belle vue sur la mer depuis le balcon de la chambre, mais aussi la cuisine et la petite terrasse. Il est à 2 pas de la mer, ou on peut profiter de levers de soleils magnifiques. L'appartement est confortable, la cuisine bien equipee, les produits de 1ere nécessité présents et apprécies. On se sent comme à la maison. Excellent séjour.

We had a great time at the apartment. As the photos show there is easy access to the beach for relaxing, swimming and there are also very nice restaurants right on the beach. The sea was calm and warm when we were there and so nice for swimming. Annalisa was very helpful, immediately responsive to any questions and an excellent host.

La casa è davvero accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario! Ci sono 2 balconi vista mare dove godere del panorama durante la colazione o la cena. Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. È in una posizione perfetta, al centro di Francavilla, vicina ad ottimi ristoranti, bar e letteralmente ad un passo dalla spiaggia. Il posto macchina è molto comodo, per Lo consiglio assolutamente!
