Moulsari Avenue is a relatively new locality. It is very well located for people coming from Delhi, or the IGI Airport. It is tucked right behind Ambience Mall and the new DLF building. Walking distance to Cyber City - one of the great benefits is that if you want to be close to the airport, then you don't have to go into Gurgaon city. The avenue is barely 500 metres from the Delhi - Gurgaon border, making the airport just 15 mins away (unless there is a lot of traffic). You have access directly to the Delhi Gurgaon Highway. And what's more Moulsari avenues is one of the quieter & leafy localities in Gurgaon. There is also ample entertainment for the evening as Cyber City is simply 1 km away as well. The roads on Moulsari are relatively free from traffic and noise pollution is at a minimum as well.

Parking is available in the building (limited) on the street and also around the corner from the building. In addition, the metro station is about 1 km away for easy access to the rest of Delhi NCR.
In addition, the location is very close to Delhi Gurgaon highway with direct access by road to the International Airport (about 15 mins away). In fact, guests wishing you stay close to IGI Airport choose this location as they do not have to enter crowded areas in Gurgaon.
