Cozy 70 sqm apartment, organized on several levels, for 5 people, located on the ground floor of a building in Giardini Naxos, a wonderful seaside area near Taormina, about 100 meters from the beach. The accommodation has two furnished gardens, two assigned parking spaces and has access to the shared swimming pool. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The accommodation is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the garden; - BEDROOM I with double bed, desk and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with bunk bed (two single beds), chest of drawers and access to the garden; - BEDROOM III with single bed and access to the garden; - TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; - TWO INDEPENDENT GARDENS with tables, chairs and armchairs; - SHARED SWIMMING POOL. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the bedroom with the single bed, in the bedroom with the bunk bed and in the living room), fan, washing machine (outside), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Two private assigned parking spaces (n. 19 and n. 20). PLEASE NOTE: - There are some steps and stairs inside the apartment and in the gardens: be careful if you are traveling with children. - The shared swimming pool is open from 1st July to 30th September, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00. Please respect the rules indicated on site. - The two parking spaces are covered (suitable for SUVs, NOT large). Be careful when parking to avoid damage. Parking space size: 4.80 × 2.22m each.

Place is nice and great location! You only get 1 set of keys and the entrance to the place requires key access not only to go in, but to go out too. This was a little challenging since we had 5 adults. The communication and hospitality was above expectations which really made staying here nice.

Boendet var helt ok för kortare vistelse. En inomhus dusch kunde ej användas p.g.a. trasig vattenkran. Gasolspisen fungerade endast en platta. Riktigt hårda resårmadrasser - bäddmadrasser saknas. Golven var ej städade och mycket smutsiga vid ankomst. Bostadens läge var bra, nära till restauranger, strand och busshållplats som enkelt tog oss från flygplats och till Taormina. Privat stor trädgårdstomt och 2 terrasser med utomhusduschar i olika väderstreck var omtyckt. Lugnt och tyst område under vistelsen i oktober. Vi missbedömde att områdets pool var stängt för säsongen - det hade vi gärna vetat om innan bokning.

저녁준비 중 가스가 떨어져서 호스트에게 불편함을 호소했으나..가스가 떨어진 불운은 자기탓이 아니라며 안일하게 처신하였음.

The apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, a seaside area full of points of interest, such as the Schisò Castle, the archaeological excavations and the statue of Nike. Near the accommodation, it is possible to find all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and a pharmacy. The beaches of Recanati are just 100 mts from the apartment.
Taormina is only a few km from the property. In the city, a visit to the Roman Theater (Odeon Theater) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as the Cathedral and the Castle, is a must. Furthermore, the beaches adjacent to Isola Bella and the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto are unmissable destinations during your stay.
Main points of interest:
- Beaches: 1 minute on foot;
- Castle of Schisò and Archaeological Park of Capo Schisò: 15 minutes on foot;
- Statue of Nike: 22 minutes on foot;
- Taormina (9 km): 20 minutes by car.
- Da Lino Trattoria Sicilia Bedda (restaurant): 1 minute on foot (42 meters)
- Cafè Sikelia (bar): 1 minute on foot (47 meters);
- Euro Market (grocery store): 2 minutes on foot (180 meters).

出行信息

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are two private assigned parking spaces on site.
- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Buses stop at Giardini Naxos Recanati Bus Terminal, 4 minutes on foot from the apartment. At this same stop, it is also possible to take buses that lead to Taormina in about 10 minutes.
