This place is awesome! The house is exactly as described: mostly original mid-modern elements furnished with mid mod art and furniture. The attention to detail among even the new features (like the fence) show a real care for the property. The backyard is a dream--looking straight up at the Stratosphere. Love the big windows which give a great feeling of indoor/outdoor living. The location is about a 1/4 mile North of the Monorail stop (@ Sahara) to the Strip (no parking headaches or Uber costs) and about 1/2 mile South of the Downtown Arts District. Both are easy walks. Teresa is an exceptional host, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome in her house. All around great experience. I will be back for sure anytime I am in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

Great location at the end of the strip but also very close to downtown. This place was perfect for me and my pups. Great backyard and incredible views of the strip. Teresa communicates quickly and was a pleasure to meet.

This is a great spot for a just-off-the-Strip getaway! It is walking distance to the Arts District and the monorail, which made it easy to go out for food and awesome shopping during the day and also to check out the nightlife (both downtown and on the strip) at night. We were also glad to get away from the bustle at the end of the night and to hang out in the house and yard. If you are into mid century modern, you will love the original hardwood floors, legit mid century furniture, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows that look right out onto the Strat. Plus the house has lots of extras, including an EV charger in the driveway. It was a huge bonus that we could charge our car right from there!

have had a fantastic stay at Teresa's very cool mid town modern masterpiece. not hypermodern, far from perfect finishes - a lot of original fittings have deservedly gained their patina, but thats what makes it so cool and truly authentic.. original hardwood floors - full height windows onto outside view of the strat tower and the if you go outside the occasional howl of someone on the descent line... love the arts district - 10 min walk been running all round the Beverly Green part north east of 2200 santa clara looking at all the other cool midtown modern places and felt very safe. keep your eyes out other way round the strat came here after 2 months in an off strip hotel - and got a buyout option. so glad i made the leap. thanks Teresa

Teresa is such a wonderful host. She was responsive 100% of the time ! Such an awesome place ! She also went out of her way to order a new microwave because the one that was there gave out . Definitely coming back. Thanks teresa
