Hote très réactif. nous n'avions pas de clé pour fermer le logement à cause de l'ancien locataire. une serrure à été montée le soir même. De même pour le papier toilette manquant livré aussitôt par un intermédiaire. Le logement mérite un coup de rénovation ! literie confortable ( une alaise plastifiée aux matelas serait plus hygienique cependant) et aucun problème de chauffage, il faisait très bon. un frigo, micro ondes et bouilloires avec tasses sont dispo sur place qui sont un +. c'est vraiment le côté travaux faits à la va vite qui fait perdre des points. bien situé niveau du métro on a pu visiter et se restaurer sans aucun problème. petite coup de cœur pour le 11coffe pour le petit déjeuner :)

Amjad was welcoming and easy to get hold of and was very helpful. He seemed like a nice guy. The accommodation, however, was questionable. It seemed the place has not yet been finished in terms of being renovated and the general presentation and quality of the finish is quite low. It seemed some work had been done recently but of a low standard; far reducing the quality of what could otherwise be a great place to stay. Some basics were missing (noted in other reviews also) and the cleanliness was quite far below standard. Location was easy to get to via tube & public transport and is on the line towards the city centre. If you’re not fussy and just want a place to stay then this is the place for you. Otherwise the place needs more better-quality decorative & renovation work, maintenance and cleanliness to be bought up to a basic expected standard.

Perfect location if you need to be Ealing. However, the rooms needed a good clean. It’s very basic. My group only needed a bed for the night so it did the job, but simple things like having mirrors, amenities such as soap, a kettle, tea would make a huge difference. Not sure there was even Wi-Fi, but never asked nor got told at check-in. Water in the bathroom continued to leak too- a mop is provided so clearly this is a reoccurring issue that needs fixing. With some TLC the rooms could be decent, but it’s good value for the money if there is a group.
