Super comfortable home on the edge of campus housing. Loved the feel of the house and the attention to detail. Lovely green space in the back. My only suggestion would be outside seating 🌻

Payne’s place was such a great value stay! The house was adorable, clean, and had everything we needed! The cost was inexpensive, it was a very central location and was exactly what we needed! Payne let us check in a little early and getting into the house was super easy! We would definitely stay here again if needed!

We were in town playing baseball for the weekend! It was in a great location and close to all of our ball fields. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to cook! We would recommend this to other as well as book this house again when in the area!

We loved staying at Payne’s house on Broadway! It was the perfect location for a weekend of hog baseball. Payne was super response and flexible with extending another night and check-out! We’ll be back!
