We had a great stay with Rosa in her cozy house. Great to be able to go eat outside in the garden and located closed to the metro. Even though we were a lot of people it was always clean. I can gladly recommend this place.

El alojamiento resulta ser una casa grande con múltiples habitaciones en las cuales vive una o dos personas por habitación. En mi caso éramos un total de 8 personas junto a la propietaria de la casa. Había una única cocina y un baño para 6 personas ya que los otros dos baños eran para la propietaria y las otras dos personas. El hecho de convivir tanta gente hacía que la limpieza escaseara en el baño así como el orden en la cocina. Al ser un único baño y una única cocina para tanta gente podías llegar a esperar hasta 1 hora para poder usar el baño o poder cocinar. No obstante, Montserrat es una fantástica persona. Está muy atenta para que todo estuviera en el mejor estado posible, le comentabas alguna sugerencia e inmediatamente lo solucionaba y además el precio que pide por las habitaciones es super barato si lo comparas con lo caro que es el resto de la ciudad. Mi experiencia general para un mes que he estado ha sido buena teniendo en cuenta todos los factores comentados.

Extremely DIRTY toilet and unpleasant kitchen. The check-in day the toilet had not been cleaned at all and, after several friendly reminders to the lady living in there, we needed to buy products and clean it ourselves. After two weeks the lady "cleaned" it and it still had full garbage in the bin, spots of excrements on the WC and hair in the tube. It felt like being in a public toilet: Dirtiness, bad smells and not even toilet paper was provided. We friendly said to the lady that the toilet still was in a bad situation and she started screaming back at us telling she could not do anything else, and that we should have left if we still were not satisfied with her "cleaning". We sent pictures to the as sistance to proof the dirty situation and the real Host messaged us saying the lady is having a bad period. We did not really felt at our ease with such a person taking "care" of the house. The KITCHEN was old and in a real bad situation, with bugs in our biscuits, and lots of garbage.

Montserrat and her sister are really nice and respectful people, I value respect a lot! They were super comfortable to be around, truly making you feel at home, the area is super calm and private, the room is spacious. My issue was the cleanliness, it was not clean at all, you share with other people, and the other people were messy, but they promised to take action and fix this in the future, hopefully they will. The price is very considerate though, not like other people that over charge.
